EDMONDS — An off-duty Seattle police officer shot at an alleged car thief Monday morning, police said. Around 5:30 a.m., the off-duty officer discovered people breaking into his Hyundai Santa Fe in the 9500 block of Edmonds Way, according to the Edmonds Police Department.
