Logan Brewing is celebrating its anniversary with a two-day street party at the brewery in Burien on August 12th and 13th. I don't use the word unique lightly, but Logan Brewing in Burien, Washington enjoys a unique situation. The ability to shut down the street in front of the brewery and host a street party is, basically, written into the brewery's lease agreement. From the time the neighborhood was conceived and built, the street in front of the brewery was always intended to be used for community events, like the local farmers market, so Logan Brewing can take over the street for a block party with very little effort — no special permits or permissions required.
