An arrest has been made in the fatal February shooting of a man at a Burien gas station, according to the King County Sheriff's Office. At about 10:08 p.m. Feb. 12, deputies with the King County Sheriff's Office responded to a shooting at a 76 gas station in the 14800 block of 1st Avenue South in Burien. The reporting party said deputies his friend, Elijah Chase Dye, had been shot in chest. Dye died at the scene. Deputies were told Dye had gotten into an argument with the suspect, when the suspect pulled a revolver out of his waistband and shoot Dye once.
