Five Corners RV in Burien, Washington

Disappointed, we should have checked reviews first. We had several calls with this business before the trip, we were promised a brand new 38' 2016 RV with slide outs and a TV, we ended up with a 2003 34' RV with no slide outs and no TV. The water pump is broken, there was a broken window screen that was held together with duct tape. We paid extra for linens and dishes, dishes were dirty and the sheets were very old and worn. Several parts of the furniture were broken and had been previously repaired but quickly came apart in the first couple of days. The whole dashboard was not attached, had clearly been replaced poorly, the radio didn't work at all, it didn't look like there was an airbag but I can't confirm this. Orientation was very spotty, had a hard time describing all the functions of the RV. A few positives - the queen bed was very comfortable, fridge and stove worked well and there was plenty of storage. They gave us free use of 6 camp chairs. Plenty of outlets.

The RV I ended up with was not the one that was agreed on. They only had a bunk model instead of the rear bed. When we made the rental agreement we had stated we had three adult couples. Hard to do that with a bunk bed. It was also full of other problems. The tabs were expired, and they only found out after we said something. Then instead of getting tabs, they got a three day permit, and fudged it for the five days we were renting for. It was not clean. We had to clean before we could consider using it. It had been leaking and smelled musty. The passenger side mirror would not stay in position. Very scary driving till I got home for a passenger. The curtain in the back fell off the wall in just a few miles. To get the generator to stay running, you had to restart it every 20 seconds till it warmed up. About 20 minutes. The over head bed did not have all it's cushions, and was unusable. The middle dinette converted to a bed came apart in the middle of the night, so now we were 3 beds down and ended up having to get a tent so one couple had a place to sleep. Almost all of the external storage bays were broken. After all this, they said "yep, it's a little worn". No apologies, no discounts. If I had seen the place or the coach before hand I would never had agreed to rent it. But showing up the day before a big trip I had no options. I hope I can give you the benefit of my experience. Do yourself a favor and run away instead of renting from this sketchy place.
